Shipping Policy

Iron Elk Equipment ships heavy equipment attachments and related equipment to eligible addresses in the United States. Many products ship by LTL freight from manufacturer or warehouse locations.
Shipping destinations
- We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States.
- Freight availability can vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, remote addresses, and P.O. Boxes.
- If a carrier cannot service the shipping address on an order, we will contact you before shipment or cancel and refund the order.
Shipping costs
- Free Standard LTL Ground Freight is available on eligible equipment orders of $2,500 or more shipping to eligible U.S. addresses.
- Orders below $2,500, expedited shipping, liftgate service, residential delivery, rural delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, re-delivery, and address changes after dispatch may require additional fees.
- Any additional shipping charges are shown at checkout when available or confirmed with you before shipment.
Processing and delivery time
- Order processing and handling: 3-5 business days.
- Standard LTL transit after shipment: 7-10 business days.
- Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 10-15 business days.
Some products may have longer manufacturer lead times. If an order is delayed outside the estimated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
Freight delivery requirements
- Freight carriers usually call before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Standard freight delivery is curbside delivery only.
- If you do not have a forklift, tractor, loading dock, or other unloading equipment, ask us about liftgate service before shipment.
- Please make sure the phone number and delivery address on your order are accurate.
Damage inspection
Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If you see damage or missing items, note the issue on the carrier paperwork, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. Damage claims that are not documented at delivery may be denied by the carrier.
