Ordering and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available at Shopify checkout, which may include major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship eligible orders to addresses in the United States. Freight availability can vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, remote addresses, and P.O. Boxes. If a carrier cannot service the shipping address on an order, we will contact you before shipment or cancel and refund the order.
How long does delivery take?
Typical processing is 3-5 business days, and standard LTL transit is usually 7-10 business days after shipment. Total estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days from order placement unless a product has a longer lead time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free Standard LTL Ground Freight is available on eligible equipment orders of $2,500 or more shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Extra services such as liftgate, residential delivery, rural delivery, and re-delivery may cost extra.
Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmounted, and approved with an RMA before return shipment. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Inspect freight before signing the delivery paperwork. Note damage on the bill of lading, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours.
Are warranties included?
Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Contact us before ordering if warranty terms are important to your purchase decision.
Product compatibility
How do I know whether an attachment fits my machine?
Review the product specifications and contact us with your machine make, model, hydraulic flow, lift capacity, and mount type if you are unsure.
