What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Call us at (307) 832-5565 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST) and one of our specialists will assist you.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?
Yes, we offer custom pricing for bulk orders. Please email us or call for a quote.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 8–10 business days from the time of order, which includes 3–5 business days of handling time prior to shipment. Depending on seasonality and availability, these shipping times may vary.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $2,500 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $2,500 are subject to calculated shipping rates based on weight and destination.
How are large items shipped?
Due to the size and weight of most of our products, items typically ship via freight carrier (LTL freight). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us to discuss options.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Returns of unused, undamaged products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact us before initiating a return. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
What warranty do your products carry?
All products sold by Iron Elk Equipment carry the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Contact us for specific warranty information on any item.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (307) 832-5565 or sales@ironelkequipment.com. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.

Are your products new?
Yes, all products sold by Iron Elk Equipment are brand new and come directly from the manufacturer with full warranty coverage.
Do you sell used equipment?
No, we only sell new equipment from our trusted manufacturer partners.
