At Iron Elk Equipment, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unmounted.
- It must include all original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification may not qualify.

Receive Your RMA
Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the correct return address with instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must receive an RMA before shipping anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return freight.
- Use a trackable service and add insurance.
- Iron Elk Equipment is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
- A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply on approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or special-order equipment
- Used or modified machinery
- Electrical / hydraulic components once installed
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@ironelkequipment.com.
- Include photos of the product, packaging, and delivery receipt.
- We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
For fastest service, return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You'll receive an email with approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If the refund does not appear within 15 business days, contact us.
