Return and Refund Policy

Iron Elk Equipment stands behind the products we sell. If you need to request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmounted, and in resalable condition.
- The item must include all original packaging, manuals, parts, and accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items showing use, wear, damage, installation, modification, or missing parts may not qualify.
How to start a return
- Contact us at sales@ironelkequipment.com or +1 (307) 832-5565 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos when relevant.
- If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA), return address, and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping and fees
- Customers are responsible for return freight unless the return is due to our error.
- Use a trackable shipping service and insure the shipment.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to approved returns.
- Original shipping, accessorial freight fees, and expedited shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Non-returnable items
- Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order equipment.
- Used, installed, modified, or damaged equipment.
- Electrical or hydraulic components after installation.
- Hazardous or flammable materials.
- Gift cards and final-sale items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and delivery paperwork. We will work with you on repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
