Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. For freight shipments, this may be a carrier tracking number, PRO number, or bill of lading reference.

Estimated timeline

  • Order processing and handling: 3-5 business days.
  • Standard LTL transit after shipment: 7-10 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 10-15 business days.

Some products may have longer manufacturer lead times. If there is a delay, we will contact you with an update.

Freight delivery

Many heavy equipment items ship by LTL freight. The carrier may call to schedule a delivery appointment. Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery paperwork and note any visible damage on the bill of lading.
