Equipment Buying Guide

Equipment Buying Guide

The right attachment depends on your machine, hydraulic capacity, lift capacity, mount type, application, and site conditions. Use this guide to narrow your options before ordering.

1. Confirm your machine details

  • Machine make and model.
  • Hydraulic flow rate and pressure.
  • Operating capacity or loader lift capacity.
  • PTO horsepower and hitch category for tractor implements.
  • Mount type, such as universal skid steer quick attach, mini skid steer mount, 3-point hitch, or loader-specific mount.

2. Match the attachment to the job

  • Land clearing: grapple rakes, root grapples, brush cutters, and forestry tools.
  • Firewood processing: log splitters, firewood processors, wood chippers, and conveyors.
  • Earthmoving and grading: blades, buckets, and grading tools.
  • Material handling: pallet forks, grapples, buckets, and bale or load-handling tools.
  • Logging and skidding: skidding winches, arches, grapples, and timber tools.

3. Review shipping and lead time

Many items ship by LTL freight. Typical processing is 3-5 business days and standard LTL transit is usually 7-10 business days after shipment, for a total estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days. Some products may have longer manufacturer lead times.
